BUTTERMILK POUND CAKE 
3 1/2 c. Swans Down cake flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 sticks butter
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut extract
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tsp. pineapple extract

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and cream. Add milk and flour to which soda has been added, alternately. Blend. Add flavorings. Beat at medium speed about 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured tube cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until cake tests done.
