CHICKEN PASTA 
1 whole chicken
1 stick butter
2 oz. oregano
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. garlic salt
2 lbs. pasta
Pepper
1 lg. can puree
2 lg. cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. sugar
1 lb. mushrooms
1 sm. can tomato paste
Salt
1 c. chicken broth

In saucepan, put puree, sauce, paste and sugar; bring to boil then turn down to a simmer. Add little salt, pepper, garlic salt and chopped onion.

Boil whole chicken until it starts to fall off bone. Debone chicken, cut into large pieces. Brown chicken in butter. Add cup chicken broth, oregano, garlic salt, salt and pepper as chicken browns. Add sliced mushrooms. Cook approximately 10 minutes; add to sauce. Bake in oven at 300 degrees approximately 45 minutes. Serve on favorite pasta.
