SPICY TURKEY PIZZA 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 (about 1 1/4 lb.) pkg. fresh ground turkey
1/2 lb. bulk sweet sausage
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. toppings (peppers, olives, mushrooms, etc.)
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Let bread dough rise slightly. Crumble turkey and sausage into 10-inch skillet. Stir in garlic and onion. Cook over medium high heat until turkey is no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, basil and oregano; break up tomatoes. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.

Grease jelly roll pan lightly. Pat bread dough in bottom and up sides of pan. Top with turkey mix, sprinkle with 1 or more of the toppings, the cheeses. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden.
