CINNAMON BREAD 
1 c. oil
4 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 c. buttermilk
4 tsp. baking soda
8 c. flour

Beat together. Divide half of batter into 4 greased and floured loaf pans. Add 6 spoons of topping, swirl with knife. Add rest of batter and swirl again. Bake 350 degrees F., 1 hour.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
