CINNAMON BREAD 
1 c. oil
4 c. sugar
4 eggs
4 c. buttermilk
4 tsp. baking soda
8 c. flour

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients. Divide 1/2 of batter into 4 greased loaf pans. Sprinkle half of the topping mix over the batter. Swirl with knife. Repeat and swirl again. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
