QUICK & EZ VEGETABLE STEW (CROCK
POT)
 
1 lg. (26 oz. size) can tomato soup
2 lg. cans Veg-All mix (home cut)
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (lean)
1 sm. onion, diced
2 beef bouillon cubes
Season to taste (salt & pepper, etc.)

Drain 1 can of the vegetables, save the broth.

Place both cans of vegetables and tomato soup in the crock pot. Stir well. In a skillet scramble the onion and hamburger. Cook until well done. Drain and add to the crock pot. After stew is hot, add bouillon, simmer 10 minutes. If too thick add some of the seasoned broth as needed.
