RICOTTA COOKIES 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. anise
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon

Cream butter; add sugar and eggs, add flour, Ricotta cheese, baking powder, salt and flavorings. Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until brown on bottom, about 10 to 12 minutes. Mix 10X sugar, 4 tablespoons butter and milk until smooth. Use as icing. Decorate with coconut on nuts on whatever.
