STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 lg. head cabbage
1 egg
1-2 slices white bread
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1/4 c. raw rice

SAUCE:

1/3 box light brown sugar
1 bottle chili sauce
Juice form 1 lemon
2 c. water

Soak bread in hot water. Squeeze excess water from bread and add to meat, egg, onion soup mix and raw rice. Parboil cabbage until leaves can be separated. Wrap meat mixture in leaves and place rolls in a large shallow pan.

Mix sauce ingredients and pour over rolls. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 4-6 hours. Uncover to brown.
