SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE DELIGHT 
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING FOR SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE DELIGHT:

1/2 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix all the above ingredients together until well blended. Pour into a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with topping and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

TOPPING; Melt butter and stir in brown sugar. Add the self-rising flour, then the nuts. Mix all ingredients until "crumbly" for sprinkling on sweet potatoes.
