TEXAS HASH 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground meat
2 c. chopped onions, mixed with chopped bell peppers
1-2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. each pepper and garlic powder
2 c. (16 oz.) cooked tomatoes
3 c. cooked rice

Saute beef, onions, green peppers, and seasonings until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender, stirring frequently to crumble meat. Add tomatoes and rice. Spoon into Pam-sprayed 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
