POTATO SALAD 
3 lb. potatoes
2 lg. onions
1 lg. bell pepper
1/2 sm. jar gherkin pickles (sweet)
1/2 dozen eggs
Pimentos
3 stalks celery
1/2 c. mustard
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/2 c. green olives
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar

Boil potatoes with skin on; chill overnight. Peel potatoes and dice. Chop onions, bell pepper and pickles and olives, celery; add to potatoes. Boil eggs hard. Shell eggs and chop and add to potatoes. Add pimentos mustard, salad dressing and salt, sugar and pickle juice. Mix well and refrigerate.
