6 peeled and chopped potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
small jar pimento
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. Miracle Whip
salt and pepper

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Serve or chill and serve.
