3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. boiled shrimp
1/2 c. half & half
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter

Melt butter, saute onions. Add all other ingredients. Serve in a chafing dish.
