CREAMED BEANS 
1 lb. fresh green beans
1 c. celery, sliced with leaves
1/4 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. flour
1 3/4 c. milk
4 tsp. lemon juice

Prepare beans and cut into 1 inch pieces. Place beans, celery, onions and 1/4 cup water. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Drain. Melt butter. Blend in flour.
