CREAMED GREEN BEANS WITH ONIONS 
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 c. Borden's Half & Half
2 cans French style green beans (drained)
1 jar sm. whole onions (drained)
12 slices Borden's processed cheese
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Cook and stir over low heat until mixture is bubbly; gradually stir in Half & Half. Stir in vegetables. In 8 inch square baking dish place 1/3 vegetable mixture, top with 4 slices of cheese. Repeat 2 times, ending with cheese then nuts. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until hot.

Refrigerate leftovers and heat in microwave oven.

Can be made a day ahead of time refrigerated and baked 10 minutes longer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
