1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 grated onion
1/2 sm. can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper
1/2 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Form first 5 ingredients into a loaf and brown lightly in a 350 degree oven. Mix together next five ingredients and pour over meat. Baste often. Bake for 1 hour.
