OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour (plain)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans

Cream oil and sugar. Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and ginger together. Add flour and milk to creamed mixture; fold in oats, nuts and raisins. Drop by teaspoons about 2 inches apart on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
