BUTTERSCOTCH CRUNCHIES 
1 (12 oz.) bag butterscotch bits
1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
3 1/2 c. cornflakes

Melt butterscotch bits and peanut butter over very low heat. Stir in cornflakes and mix well. Drop from teaspoonfuls onto wax paper and refrigerate until hardened, about 5 minutes.
