SHRIMP AND SCALLOP CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. raw shrimp, peeled
1 lb. scallops - raw
1 1/2 pkgs. Ritz cracker crumbs (NOT a whole box)
1 1/2 sticks butter

Melt butter - mix in the cracker crumbs. In a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish layer shrimp, crumbs and scallops, etc. ending with the crumbs.
