SALMON LOAF 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. oregano
Dash of oregano
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs

Mix salmon, butter, lemon juice and onion. Combine seasonings and flour and add to salmon. Beat eggs until light and fluffy and fold in. Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
