SAUCY MEAT BALLS | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck 1 c. Grapenut buds or flakes 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (8 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Combine meat, Grapenut buds, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic salt; form into small balls. Brown in hot fat. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat balls. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. |
