CREAMED MEAT BALLS 
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. water
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 egg
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Blend soup and water. Mix 1/4 cup soup mixture with ground beef. Add bread crumbs, parsley. Add egg slightly beaten and onion soup mix. Make small meatballs and brown in fat. Pour off fat, add rest of soup mixture. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, or cook in oven.
