1/4 cup coconut rum
1/3 cup pineapple juice
1 8oz can coconut cream
1 8oz can pineapple chunks
Coconut meat for garnish (optional)
11 cubes ice

Combine juice and dark rum in bowl and stir for 30 seconds In blender combine ice and coconut cream in blender. Blend on hi for 2 minutes. Fold coconut rum into juice-dark rum. Pour into 5 piña colada glasses and serve soon. Enjoy!
