“COQUITO (PUERTO RICAN HOLIDAY DRINK)” IS IN:

COQUITO (PUERTO RICAN HOLIDAY
DRINK)
 
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream of coconut
1 tbs. of cinnamon powder
rum to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour in the bottle. Refrigerate until cold.

Serve chilled.

Note: You can make it without rum for the children.

Excactly how I make it.... you can even substitute the evaporated milk for a can of coconut milk.... if it is too thick which can happen when refrigerated, add a 3/4 cup of water to thin it.... It's delicious and no eggs are ever required

Hardest part was opening the can of condensed milk!! I added shredded coconut and put it in the blender before chilling and added a little almond extract. YUM YUM YUM!!

Thank you so much Feliciano. My Coquito came out way too strong(rum) and thick so your suggestion of adding water to it is better then adding more rum!!!
