1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 cans refried beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 bunch chopped green onions
3 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 can black olives, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese

Mix first 3 ingredients together; set aside. Brown beef and drain. Heat refried beans and stir in beef. Spread in bottom of glass dish, 9"x13". Then spread on the sour cream mixture. Then sprinkle on onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
