OKRA AND TOMATOES 
5 c. cut okra, as for frying
5 tomatoes, peeled and cut up
1 onion, coarsely chopped
Salt and pepper
1 stick butter

Saute okra and onions in butter with salt and pepper to taste. Put in casserole dish. Put tomatoes on top. Cover and bake at 325 degrees until done. Can also be made with frozen okra and home canned tomatoes.
