OKRA-TOMATO CASSEROLE 
1 box lg. elbow macaroni
1 can okra
2 cans tomatoes
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Shredded sharp cheese
1 sm. onion (optional)

Drain okra and combine with tomatoes. Add to macaroni that has been cooked until tender and well drained. Add Tabasco sauce and salt and pepper. Top with shredded cheese. Bake until hot through and cheese is melted.
