JELLIED FRUIT-COTTAGE CHEESE
SALAD
 
6 oz. lime Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 c. fruit juice
1 1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. cottage cheese
3 c. chopped canned pears
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple (15 1/4 oz. can)

1. Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add fruit juice. Chill until mixture begins to thicken.

2. Stir in cottage cheese and fruits.

3. Pour into dish. Chill until set.
