CHOCOLATE SURPRISE 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Mix melted butter, flour and 1/2 cup walnuts. Press on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix softened cream cheese, 1 (9 ounce) Cool Whip and confectioners' sugar and spread on cooked crust that has been cooled. Mix instant pudding and milk for 2 minutes. Spread on cream cheese layer. Top with 9 ounce Cool Whip and sprinkle with remaining walnuts. Chill 1-2 hours.
