TARRAGON LAMB CHOPS 
1/4 c. dry white wine
1 tsp. tarragon leaves
Dash of garlic salt
2 lamb chops, 1 inch thick
Salt to taste

Combine wine, tarragon and garlic salt. Marinate the chops for at least 1 hour, turning once. Remove from marinade and broil or barbecue 4 inches from heat. Allow 8 minutes on each side for well - done chops. Serves 2.
