MEAT AND MACARONI 
1 lb. ground lean beef (hamburger)
1 c. elbow macaroni
1 c. stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. cut celery
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt to taste

In an electric fry pan cook ground beef until done. Drain fat. Add onion, celery, oregano, garlic powder and salt; mix well. Add the elbow macaroni and stir until well mixed. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes, then add the can of stewed tomatoes and 1 cup water.

Cover; cook at 250 degrees until boiling. Then lower heat to simmer. When cooked, macaroni will be fluffy and the casserole not to dry. When serving, you can sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over it.
