MEAT 'N MACARONI MILANO 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
2 c. cooked macaroni
1 pt. spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained (optional)
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
3 slices American cheese, cut in strips

Cook beef and onion until onion is transparent. Pour off fat. Add spaghetti sauce, water, salt, pepper, mustard, macaroni and green beans. Pour into large casserole dish and bake covered about 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Sprinkle onions over top. Arrange cheese strips in lattice design over onions. Broil just until cheese melts. Serves 4.
