PASSOVER ROLLS 
2/3 c. water
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. matzoh meal

Boil top 4 ingredients. Stir in 1 cup matzoh meal for 1 minute. Mix and cool. Beat in 3 eggs, one at a time. Great hands, roll into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
