MUSHROOM DIP 
8 oz. grated sharp cheddar
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 lb. chopped fresh mushrooms
1 sm. onion, grated

Saute mushrooms in butter, drain. Mix other ingredients together. Add mushrooms. Turn into small casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.
