HOT MUSHROOM DIP 
4 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. cream cheese, cut in sm. pieces
2 tsp. soy sauce
Crackers, bread sticks

Cook mushrooms, onion and garlic in drained bacon pan until tender and most of mushroom liquid has evaporated, 6-8 minutes. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Add cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Reduce heat to low and stir until cheese is melted. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and bacon. Serve warm.
