HOT MUSHROOM DIP 
Saute 12 ounces mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter. Add 2 tablespoons flour, let cool. Mix 1 package onion soup with pint of sour cream. Mix with cool mushrooms. Put in dish and cover with shredded cheddar. Bake at 350 degrees until top is bubbly, 10 to 15 minutes. Serve with pita.
