TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 c. pkg. precooked rice
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
4-6 slices turkey roast
1 can condensed cheese soup
1 c. milk
1 c. finely crushed cheese crackers
3 tsp. butter, melted

Prepare rice according to package directions, adding the onion to the boiling water. Fluff cooked rice with a fork and spread in a greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with peas, then cover with the turkey. Blend soup and milk; pour evenly over the turkey. Combine crumbs and butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Serves 4-6.
