SOURDOUGH BISCUITS 
2 c. flour (part whole wheat)
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sourdough starter
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. butter

Mix all the dry ingredients and cut in butter. Moisten with sourdough starter. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until light brown.
