SOURDOUGH BISCUITS 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sourdough

In a bowl, stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Add oil and sourdough, stir until combined. Drop biscuits by the spoonful into a lightly greased 10 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

A favorite recipe for sourdough biscuits. This recipe makes "floater" biscuits, not "sinkers". Easy to make. I have a batch (about 15 biscuits in 3 pans) in as I'm writing this, we'll see how they turn out. Stay tuned. Well they're excellent, crispy, yummy! Just right texture. Fall apart in your mouth when they're fresh.
