EASY QUICHE 
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
Salt
Pepper

1. Grease pie plate or quiche dish.

2. Place cooked vegetables (your choice) in dish.

3. Add 1 to 2 cups grated cheese (Mozzarella, cheddar or Monterey Jack).

4. Blend above ingredients 15 seconds in blender. Pour over vegetables and cheese. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

(Low fat milk and cheese may be used.)
