EASY BAKED TOFFEE 
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts, divided
1 c. chocolate chips

Lightly butter 9 x 13 inch pan. Bring butter and sugar to boil in heavy saucepan. Stir in 2 cups of nuts. Pour into prepared dish and bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. When soft, spread evenly over toffee. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup nuts. Cool completely, then break into pieces. Store in airtight container or freeze.
