EASY TOFFEE 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/3 c. chopped pecans
4 reg. size Hershey chocolate bars

Melt butter in heavy 2 quart saucepan over low heat. Add sugar and stir until mixture boils. mix water and corn syrup and add to sugar mixture. Stir over medium heat until boiling. Reduce heat, cover, cook 3 minutes. Uncover and cook gently until 300 degrees reached.

Spread in well buttered 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan. When candy starts to harden lay broken chocolate bars on top. Spread chocolate when melted. Sprinkle nuts over top. When chocolate is firm turn candy out on wax paper.
