EGG & SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. pork sausage (Jimmy Dean reg.) 6 eggs 2 c. milk 2 slices bread, cubed 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese Brown and drain sausage VERY well on paper towels to remove excess grease. Beat eggs and add remaining ingredients. Place in 8 x 8 inch Pyrex baking dish overnight in refrigerator. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6. |
