CANDIED SWEET POTATOES 
1/4 c. orange juice
1 c. white corn syrup
3 tbsp. butter
6 med. sweet potatoes
2 tbsp. flour

Par-boil sweet potatoes in salted water; drain. Place in baking dish. Combine flour with orange juice and add corn syrup. Mix well. Pour over sweet potatoes and bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for about 1 hour. Fresh orange slices can be added before baking.
