BAKED SPARERIBS 
3 lbs. lean ribs
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (#2) can pineapple tidbits & juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut every third rib about halfway through the strip. Salt and pepper, place in shallow pan in 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours. While ribs are baking, mix remaining ingredients and let stand.

Remove ribs from oven and pour off excess fat. Pour sauce over ribs and bake for 2 hours or until ribs are tender.
