3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

In bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Serve as a dressing over your favorite salad. Store dressing in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Makes 1 cup.
