MASH POTATO SALAD 
6 lg. potatoes
2 tbsp. pickle relish
1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. olives
4 hard boiled eggs
Onions and radishes, if desired
1 1/2 to 2 c. mayonnaise

Boil potatoes, fix as mash potatoes. Then add remaining ingredients. Store in plastic covered container and refrigerate overnight. (Better the second day). Very smooth, very good. Enjoy with hotdogs, bratwurst. A change from a regular potato salad and a lot less work. Serves 6 - 1 cup each.
