MOM WESLEY'S PEACH DESSERT | |
8x11 inch pyrex pan 1 sm. can peaches 2 pkg. lady fingers, unfilled 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 pt. heavy cream 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Butter dish. Line bottom and sides (package and 1/2) with lady fingers (split them in half). Beat cream. Cream cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in another bowl. Combine the 2 with beater. Cover half of dish with filling. Add another layer of fingers, then rest of filling. Put small can of sliced peaches on top. Refrigerate. |
