TATER PUFF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. frozen tater puffs
1 sm. can peas, drained (opt.)

Saute onion in butter. Add ground beef and brown. Add celery soup and peas, mix well and pour into casserole. Top with layers of tater puffs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Variation: Add 1 can green beans, drained, instead of peas. Add cream of mushroom soup instead of cream of celery. Serve with a lettuce or gelatin salad and some hot bread. Tasty meal.
