SALMON PATTIES 
1 can salmon (pink)
3 beaten eggs
20 salted crackers

Drain salmon (keep liquid). Remove all bones and skin and place salmon in bowl and add egg and mix well. Crumble crackers with rolling pin and add to salmon. Use as much of salmon liquid (after straining) as necessary to moisten enough to form patties after mixing well. Fry on low to medium heat 5 minutes on each side.
